Endorenew is advancing the PAULA Project, focused on the development, validation, and pre-scaling of an advanced cell therapy for the treatment of female infertility associated with Asherman syndrome and thin endometrium.
PAULA therapy (Patient AUtologous endometriaL Advanced) is based on the use of autologous bone marrow–derived stem cells. Its goal is to regenerate functional endometrium and restore embryo implantation capacity in women who currently lack effective therapeutic options.
Endorenew impulsa el proyecto PAULA, orientado al desarrollo, validación y pre-escalado de una terapia celular avanzada para el tratamiento de la infertilidad femenina asociada al Síndrome de Asherman y al endometrio fino.
La terapia PAULA (Patient AUtogoulous endometriaL Advanced), se basa en el uso de células madre autólogas derivadas de médula ósea, con el objetivo de regenerar el endometrio funcional y restaurar su capacidad de implantación embrionaria en mujeres que actualmente carecen de alternativas terapéuticas eficaces.
